For working sessions, we have easels, whiteboards, and office supplies available. If your team needs something specific for a presentation, tell us, and we'll sort it out. The barn holds up to 220 guests, so it scales from a small leadership team to a full company gathering.
Outdoor Space That Earns Its Keep
Outside, your team has our 40 by 50 foot stone patio, a tented area, and open lawn space for outdoor breakout sessions, team activities, and evening gatherings. Groups use the outdoor areas for activities and lawn games. A staff managed fire pit is also available as an optional addition for an extra fee, weather permitting.
The indoor and outdoor flow gives you flexibility rather than risk. Plan for the patio and the lawn, and if the weather shifts, everything moves inside without missing a beat.
Smaller Rooms for Breakouts and Dinners
When you need to split a group, the Colonial Tap Room at Old Drovers Inn holds up to 60 guests. Dark wood and plastered walls lit by candlelight and lanterns make it work for a daytime gathering or an evening with a very different feel from the barn.
The Federal Dining Room holds up to 30 guests, with a grand wood burning fireplace and hand painted murals dating back to the 1940s. For a leadership dinner or a board meeting, it's a room people remember.
Stay Overnight and the Retreat Changes
For an overnight retreat, your team doesn't need to leave the property to sleep, eat, or meet. Old Drovers Inn is our historic six room inn on site, each room with a private bath and a concierge available for coffee, tea, and refreshments. The Carriage House has seven bedrooms directly across the street from the barn, with breakfast at the Inn included. The Preston House sits just down the road with four private en suite bedrooms, a full kitchen, two living rooms, a dining room, and a sunroom that sleeps eight. Lake Ellis Lodge offers 12 bedrooms and its own conference center, and all meals can be catered on site. There are 13 bedrooms on site and 23 nearby, all listed on our accommodations page.
