ACCOMMODATIONS
For Corporate Events, we highly recommend our Lake House located 7 minutes from the Preston Barn at the Ten Mile River Preserve. This gorgeous home features 12 spacious bedrooms each with a private ensuite bathroom, along with two additional half baths. The home offers a fully equipped kitchen, multiple gathering spaces including a living room, den, library, solarium, and dining areas, plus an office workspace with complimentary internet. Guests can enjoy a wraparound porch with patio seating, a hammock, BBQ grill, seasonal in-ground pool, fire pit, and on-site recreational activities such as basketball, handball, and pickleball. The property also includes access to a dock with kayaks and paddle boards, just a short walk from the lake. Perfect for larger groups, the Lake House provides a private and relaxing retreat with plenty of space to gather and unwind.

Preston barn
The Preston Barn is a perfect reflection of old meets new. With historic elements that make you feel like you’ve stepped back in time, this newly constructed barn features hand hewn beams, vaulted ceilings and barn wood floors and walls. With amenities such as a “state of the art” commercial kitchen, nicely decorated bathrooms, full audio system (music & microphones), heat and air conditioning, you are sure to be comfortable any time of the year.

tAP rOOM rESTAURANT
The Colonial Tap Room at Old Drovers Inn is a great spot for private dining. The dark wood and plastered walls, illuminated by candlelight and lanterns, set the stage for a daytime gathering or a dramatic evening affair.
Accommodates up to 60 guests
Our Tap Room Restaurant is open for fine dining Thursday-Saturday evenings, 5 pm to 9 pm, by reservation only.
FEDERAL DINING ROOM
The main dining room of the Inn with a grand, wood-burning fireplace and hand-painted murals that date back to the 1940’s, serves as the central focal point for any occasion. Perfect for rehearsal dinners and small dinner parties.
