The Preston Barn was constructed from reclaimed Hudson Valley barns, and the architecture does the seasonal decorating for you. Exposed hand-hewn beams, vaulted ceilings, sliding barn doors, and warm barn wood throughout create a setting that already feels festive in December without a single added decoration. Climate-controlled with heat and A/C, comfortable for up to 220 guests with room for a dance floor and a live band or DJ.

We provide 10 rustic farm tables as the base layout and bring in round tables to accommodate larger groups. All seating, linens, flatware, china, and glassware are included.

Our 40x50-foot stone patio opens directly off the barn doors and works beautifully as a cocktail arrival area even in late fall and early winter with the right setup. Starter options include Arancini, Beef Empanada with Cilantro Lime Crema, Franks in Puff Pastry with Whole Grain Mustard, Spanakopita, Tomato and Fresh Mozzarella Bruschetta with Balsamic Drizzle, Vegetable Spring Rolls with Thai Chili Sauce, and an Imported and Domestic Cheese Display with Fresh Fruit, Vegetables, and Crackers.

Entrees include Chicken Saltimbocca, Prime Rib of Beef, Filet Mignon, Crab-Stuffed Filet of Sole, Chicken Francese, Chicken Marsala, Herb Grilled Chicken with Charred Lemon and Shallot Vinaigrette, Sliced Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce, and Slow Cooked Salmon with Citrus and Pickled Chilis. You select two, all entrees come with Penne alla Vodka, fingerling potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and freshly baked cookies.
